The Clarke Wedding, Temple Georgia Wedding, Georgia Wedding Photographers

Kaitlyn & Nathan had a traditional church ceremony filled with family, friends, and Converse shoes, followed by what can only be described as an old fashioned shindig.

No first look for these two. They chose to wait until the ceremony to see one another, and Kaitlyn looked absolutely gorgeous walking down the aisle. After saying their vows and sealing their commitment with a kiss, the newlyweds headed outside to greet friends, then headed down to the McCravy Barn for the wedding reception.

Yard games were the first things that caught our eye walking into the reception venue, with a large scale Jinga block tower, supersized connect four, tick tac toe, corn hole, and checkers. Smore kits were placed on a cart across from a hay bale circled fire pit, alongside sparklers for the send off later. Wood centerpieces with mason jars, candles, succulents, and tiny pine cones adorned the tables, and with two barns as their backdrop, we knew this rustic styled wedding reception was going to be a hit!

The wedding reception was kicked off with Kaitlyn & Nathan's first dance, followed by a sweet moment during the father daughter dance where Kaitlyn took her shoes off and stood on her father's feet as they danced to Rod Stewart's Forever Young. It was a touching moment for the two of them, and no one else knew they were going to do it. There's a special bond between this father and daughter that you will clearly see in the photos to come. Let's not forget the lively mother & son dance that followed.

Their guests enjoyed a delicious soup/chili and salad bar with all the fixings, and drank Coca~Cola in old fashioned bottles to wash it all down. The cake was cut, the bouquet and wedding garder tossed, then they danced the night away to songs like: Thriller, YMCA, and Chuck Berry's You Never Can Tell. Jon and I had to bust out our Pulp Fiction moves on that one. Lol! We had an absolute blast photographing this wedding, and we are truly thankful to have been a part of it.
Enjoy these highlights from the Clarke wedding day!
